Dear children,

You had your first P.E. lesson with Mr Vai and your first music lesson with Mrs Simon this morning. I hope you had great fun learning from these two experienced teachers! :)

We spent the Assembly period in the Hildan Ark learning from the biblical story of David and Goliath how we could defeat giants in our lives. We also sang our school's theme song for this year -- "10000 Reasons". If you are not too familiar with the song yet, you can watch this YouTube video to learn how to sing it:

During our maths lesson, we went through corrections for the revision paper you did yesterday. You seemed to enjoy using the Traffic Light Cards. There will be many more chances for you to use them in future, so remember to bring them along every day. After today's lesson, I am confident that all of you can now score full marks if I were to test you on the kinds of questions we went through today again. Are you confident? ;)
