14 July 2015 (Tuesday)

Dear children,

After starting our day with a spelling test, we had a Science oral quiz to test you on the facts you have learnt so far about the life cycle of animals. I was amazed that more than 90% of the class got the right answers to my questions. Good job, 3/5! Keep it up! :)

Later in the day, we moved on to Maths and went through your work from yesterday. Then, you learnt to list the first 8 equivalent fractions of a given fraction and find the simplest forms of some given fractions. All of you got the concepts right, but some of you made some careless mistakes in your multiplication and division. Watch out for those. In Maths, accuracy and speed are very important.

We ended our day together by working on a comprehension exercise in your "The Pelanduk" booklet.

Do you notice anything different about one of our class caterpillars today? If you do, write a comment below to tell me what has happened! ;)

Here's a video of our tadpoles taken this afternoon:

They are very active, aren't they? Yu Qi has helped me to feed them about two hours ago. I will pick one of you tomorrow to help me change the water.

Remember to refer to your handbook for what you have taken down. Is there anything special about tomorrow's timetable?

Have a pleasant evening with your family. See you tomorrow! :)
